Sna\u017eil jsem se vytvo\u0159it p\u0159edstavu, jak takov\u00fd b\u011bh vlastn\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1, nebo\u0165 jsem nic podobn\u00e9ho nikdy neabsolvoval. Pan\u00ed Jana Ha\u0148kovsk\u00e1 pouze potvrzuje zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pravidlo, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m v\u0161em d\u00e1v\u00e1 jasn\u011b najevo, abychom do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota za\u0159adili pravideln\u00fd pohyb. Nemus\u00ed j\u00edt o extr\u00e9mn\u00ed sporty a zved\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed v posilovn\u00e1ch, posta\u010d\u00ed docela oby\u010dejn\u00e1 p\u011b\u0161\u00ed turistika. Tu bych doporu\u010dil p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v horsk\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu, aby p\u0159i n\u00ed lid\u00e9 zdol\u00e1vali mnoh\u00e1 p\u0159ev\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed, ale ne v\u017edy se naskytne p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost chodit po hor\u00e1ch. V takov\u00e9 chv\u00edli m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159ij\u00edt vhod chozen\u00ed po schodech. Ano, je to tak, docela oby\u010dejn\u00e9 schodi\u0161t\u011b, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m zhotov\u00ed specializovan\u00e1 firma, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt perfektn\u00edm cvi\u010debn\u00edm n\u00e1strojem, co posiluje nejen svaly doln\u00edch kon\u010detin, ale i imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, srdce a krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh. D\u00edky schodi\u0161ti tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt lep\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1ladu a l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat ka\u017edodenn\u00ed starosti, kter\u00fdch se na n\u00e1s n\u011bkdy val\u00ed a\u017e moc. Aby byla ch\u016fze po schodech bezpe\u010dn\u00e1, m\u011blo by j\u00edt o schodi\u0161t\u011b, je\u017e je zhotoven\u00e9 tak, aby nepodkluzovalo.Jednotliv\u00e9 schodov\u00e9 stupn\u011b lze opat\u0159it kobercov\u00fdmi \u010di jin\u00fdmi n\u00e1\u0161lapy, anebo jejich povrch upravit tak, aby nebyl kluzk\u00fd. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 doporu\u010duji co nejv\u00edce chodit po schodech zcela naboso, t\u00edm se alespo\u0148 z\u010d\u00e1sti kompenzuje p\u0159irozen\u00e1 bosonoh\u00e1 ch\u016fze, kter\u00e1 je mnohem zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ch\u016fze v bot\u00e1ch. Bosonoh\u00e1 ch\u016fze napom\u00e1h\u00e1 spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, posiluje svaly, kter\u00e9 udr\u017euj\u00ed ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m tvaru no\u017en\u00ed klenbu, a t\u00edm p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed vzniku ploch\u00e9 nohy.
